Welcome to the 8th Grade! We will be preparing you for the Middle School Assessment Assessment test in science that will cover all areas of science including earth, life, and physical science. Our class time will consist of various activities and projects . There will be a variety of teaching methods included in class. There will be many labs and hands-on activities for the students to do while taking this course! We are excited to start the new year as we hope you are too!

The purpose of Technology Education in the middle school is to prepare students with an understanding of the progression and scope of technology through exploratory experiences. The programs in grades 6, 7, and 8 include Exploring Technology, Invention and Innovation, and Technological Systems.
- Geography is the study of the earth and the people who live on it. Students in this course will examine the interrelationships of people and their natural environments. Topics will include: Physical Geography, Cultural Geography, and Globalization.
